2x PODIUM PLACES FOR GUNSAILS AT THE PWA FUERTEVENTURA

The 2025 PWA Grand Slam in Fuerteventura once again delivered what it’s known for: relentless wind, demanding conditions, and world-class freestyle action. And right in the middle of it all – the Gunsails team, showing strong performances across the board.

In the men’s competition, Jacopo Testa claimed an impressive 2nd place after a stellar run through the double elimination bracket. Smooth, powerful, and consistent, he proved he’s a true contender for the world title. Just behind him, Steven Van Broeckhoven secured 3rd place, showing his trademark mix of technical precision and experience.

On the women’s side, the competition was fierce, with Sarah-Quita Offringa once again defending her title. But Živa Batis, representing Gunsails, put on a solid performance and finished just shy of the podium in 4th place – a strong result in a highly competitive field.

With two podium finishes in the men’s fleet and a top-4 finish in the women’s, Fuerteventura was a clear success for the Gunsails team. A strong statement for our riders – and for the performance of our gear in the most demanding freestyle conditions on tour.
