Year after year the Vector benefits from the progress we make in the development of our World Cup sail GS-R. However, we make sure that the Vector still has the handling and comfort of a freeracer in mind. The sail is designed for performance-oriented, experienced pilots who like to go full speed but consider a pure race sail too technical.

Equipped with 3 roll cams, 7 tube battens and a 3D profiled mast sleeve, the Vector stands for maximum planing power, acceleration and high speed. The profile is slightly damped in order to reduce the power development and thus not overload the rider. This tuning helps to keep control even at high speeds and to tame fast freerace or slalom boards in choppy water. Because this is the only way to get to the top of the field.
With the two clew eyelets positioned 7 cm apart, you can influence the twist behaviour and response of the vector. An ingenious tuning possibility, which allows an enormous wind range from light wind to strong wind with constant luff tension. The Vector is the sporty freeracer for slalom beginners and ambitious sailors who like to compete in speed duels. Despite its enhanced performance, it is still easy to handle.
